Be A Responsible Firearm Owner
Hunt S.A.F.E.
“Because Safety is Always in Season”
Hunting is a time-honored tradition, which when enjoyed safely and responsibly, can be something shared by generations of friends and family members. It’s also a time when more firearms are likely to be taken out of storage, transported and used in the field, so it’s worth emphasizing the importance of safe firearm storage and handling.
Hunt S.A.F.E. focuses on reminding hunters to use, transport and store their firearms safely, and help prevent accidents in the field, on the range and in the home. With that in mind, S.A.F.E. stands for:
S
Store your firearms responsibly when not in use;
A
Always practice firearm safety;
F
Focus on your responsibilities as a firearm owner;
E
Education is key to preventing accidents.
